Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be transferred to a colleague at no extra charge.
- Notice of cancellations or transfers of bookings must be given in writing.
- For cancellations received by 5th September fees will be refunded in full.
- For cancellations received by the 3rd October, there will be a 50% refund.
- There will be no refund for cancellations received after the 3rd October or cancellations where no written notice of cancellation is received.
- Our strong belief is that the covid restrictions that have limited us all over the past couple of years are now thankfully behind us, however we will continue to monitor this closely. In the event that UK government restrictions prevents hotels from hosting events, and/or prohibited traveling into the UK, resulting in the cancelation of the conference, then a full conference refund will be provided.
